It took over 1 hour and 30 mns to get a standard oil change. This is way too long especially with the pandemic going on to expect people to hang out in the waiting area with limited seating.

Payton was a little absent in keeping updated with my car. I often had to be the to initiate the update to even get a update. When responding to me it was very short and uninformative unless pressed further. Chris from Kia was checking up on my car (Kia where I bought and service my car) Chris gave me better updates about my car then Payton. And he's at a completely different building.
Other then the lack of customer service the experience was overall ok.

So... since I had a choice of yes or no I had to say no for one simple item but yes for 99% of the visit.
I drove away and noticed a dash light still on after having a full check and replacement of a bulb. So returned to have it looked at and plan on returning tomirrow if warning light is still on.
