It took over 1 hour and 30 mns to get a standard oil change. This is way too long especially with the pandemic going on to expect people to hang out in the waiting area with limited seating.

Payton was a little absent in keeping updated with my car. I often had to be the to initiate the update to even get a update. When responding to me it was very short and uninformative unless pressed further. Chris from Kia was checking up on my car (Kia where I bought and service my car) Chris gave me better updates about my car then Payton. And he's at a completely different building. Other then the lack of customer service the experience was overall ok.

You **** holes **** me!!! You couldn’t diagnose my oil light, but still charged me. Said ou needed to call Volkswagen. Absolute bull ****! I will be Callisto talk to a manager. I couldn’t be more disappointed!!!!!!

Today's service was great. My Sons car was done quickly. Leading up to today, I was unhappy with my initial contact with scheduling this service. But Mike in parts turned it around and made sure the parts needed for this repair were ordered and delivered on time. Thank you Mike and Peyton for making a bad start to a awesome finish.

I am not satisfied at all with the service. Whoever was in my vehicle was careless and left smudges of oil on my seats and the inside upper part of my car. I’m not happy with the service at all.

So... since I had a choice of yes or no I had to say no for one simple item but yes for 99% of the visit. I drove away and noticed a dash light still on after having a full check and replacement of a bulb. So returned to have it looked at and plan on returning tomirrow if warning light is still on.
