This was the second time I had to come back after I was told the work was complete. Peyton called me mins after I left to tell me the lug nuts were not checked with a torque wrench. So I needed to return. If there was a big issue with them and my tire had fallen off ot could have caused an accident. This was not only the second error but a safety issue that service managers should not allow to happen
