Nina is an impressive young woman. Very competent, personable, and able to deal with multiple paperwork and computer issues -- all at the same time. Attention to detail was also first class. She's a keeper!

Tech recommended replacing front break pad replacement because of “metal on metal”. Replaced pads myself, minimum pad depth of 4mm remaining on one pad, 6-7 mm remaining on all others.
