Very frustrated with the wheel repair on my VW. Bought an insurance for the red trim on the wheels. 6 months later I am still getting the run around. Now I am waiting for a third party insurance company to call me. Really disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of when sold the policy.

Reduce the paperwork on arrival. I should be able to show up, drop my keys, and leave. I'm not sure why I have to spend ~10 minutes waiting for a bunch of mysterious details to be entered into the computer. You have my records, including my entire service history. Fewer keystrokes were used to send humans to the moon! Also, I get service reminder emails from Volkswagen and Hyundai, separately. I have just a Hyundai so don't need the VW content. And, if I already have an appointment scheduled (which I did) please stop sending me "time for service" mails ,- especially as these are IN ADDITION TO emails re: appointment reminders.
