Jesse had the detailing department try to remove dirt marks on the overhead upholstery above the driver side door, which thankfully they were able to do. He also gave me a free rental vehicle after detailing said they would like the extra time to increase their chance of completely removing the dirt marks. Jesse is a man of his word and he has earned my trust going forward as my Service Advisor. I hope my car interior is NEVER again returned to me after service dirtier than it was when I dropped it off. I'll be relying on Jesse to ensure that doesn't happen.
