I was very unhappy at the lack of direction for customers or the 5 people working and not one acknowledged or addressed
me for more then 20 min. I even asked 2 a person if someone was checking Customers in and he said yeah and kept on going. I finally stopped Rusty I believe it was on the third time bye and he made it right and I was happy by the time I left.
I appreciated his calm Manner and to the way he handled himself with me. I work for the Publix so I understand how it can be. I was comped my oil service and again appreciate his demeanor. Thank you Terri P
