We got off to a bad start. I was not informed of AdBlue when I purchased car. I put 3 ounces of diesel additive in Ad Blue tank as salesman had mentioned the additive. Jason informed me that the service dept. is not connected to sales dept. I ended up paying over $3000 for that mistake. In general Jason performed his job. Communication was a little intermittent. He is personable and courteous.
