I worked with Jason Ramos and he was nothing short of fabulous. He was warm and friendly, professional, listened to me, the list goes on. I am very particular about who I do business with. Car dealerships are sadly a place where you frequently find men who are condescending to women. If I perceive anything like that, I just leave and then write a scorching letter to the the main company: Toyota, Volkswagen etc. Jason was 180 degrees in the other direction. The lady that checked me in was very professional. I was unhappy with the service provided this trip. I called in several days in advance for an appointment so the shop would be able to not have to fit me in. The work I had done should have taken 30 minutes. I also have a Honda Pilot and the dealer can do similar service in a smaller amount of time. Over an hour is not satisfactory. In the past I got a car wash then it was “take this voucher to the car wash” now none.
