Jesse was an amazing service advisor to work with. He was patient and took my concerns seriously and assured me that my car would be thoroughly inspected and that he would explain any problems found. After my car was looked at, he explained that they found what caused the check engine light to come on and found a potential solution. He then told me about my battery, explained the cost and got it taken care of quickly. I couldn’t have asked for a better service experience after a scary morning.
