Have always been pleased with the service at this location. Service Dept. Jesse was easy to talk with and my car was completed much faster than I thought. Would recommend your service Dept. To others.

I had initially forgotten about my appt, and recieved reminder call the night before, which I was thankful for. I didn't sign my drop off paperwork (it was 2:30am on my way to work). I received a message on my phone and I was able to call in my authorization to do the work. I recieved updates by way of texts. Once I got off work, my car was ready and I was on my way. Jason was very friendly and made was sure that all my needs were met including offering me a cold bottle of water before I left. I am very satisfied with the service I recieved.

It took 3 hours for an oil change/coolant. I had an appointment. It took almostv20bminutes to check in. I arrived at 10:27 for my 10:30 appointment. It was estimated at 90 minutes online. Apparently the shop even stopped for a meeting while I waited.
