13 years ago I bought my Jetta diesel from you folks which I dearly love, and you’ve serviced and maintained it ever since. I love the way I’m treated by the staff in the Service Department’. This time, it was Jesse who got me in and out on time and Dawn your Ambassader who drove me back and forth from my home while the service was taking place.
You guys are terrific! Always look forward to my visits.

The inability to turn off electronics created an urgent situation for me. Although fully booked, the service manager took the car inside for the night. By the next morning the problem had been diagnosed I received a call. Required replacement parts were not available in the US so we put an urgent order in to Germany. The part was delivered early and I was delighted to get it back.
