After doing a recall on the shifter, the center console did not light up and none of the buttons worked, intead of admitting something might have been jostled and messed up I was told it was potentially a serious electrical issue and I would be charged next time. I felt as though someone was trying to cover up a simple mistake and it was extremely irritating.

Aaron was great. He came right out to my car. He was courteous and quick. It’s also nice to meet a fellow former Southern Californian up here in Kitsap county.
He even took the time to come to the kids’ room to let me know my car was finished when I didn’t see the text message on my phone.

The oil change and tire rotation took 1 hr and 45 min. They said they were “backed up”. I made the appointment 2.5 weeks ago. Please don’t schedule more clients than you can handle. There weren’t even places to sit and wait until I had been there awhile.
They said they vacuumed my car. They vacuumed the front drivers side. I didn’t even expect he vacuum, but I was bummed when they said they did but really had not.
I know you always ask for good reviews, but if you just provided good, prompt service you wouldn’t have to ask.
