About 10 minutes after leaving the service center after having the oil changed and tires rotated, a warning that the air pressure in the left rear tire was low and the warning light came on. I had to return to the service center to have it looked at and spent an hour to get that tire filled up and the light switched off. Nothing was wrong with the tire. The check list I was given when I first left the facility said the tires had normal pressure but I have to wonder if they really were tested.

I am completely satisfied with the service for recall issue. However, my appointment was scheduled for 11:45..evidently during lunch break as I discovered when I was told my wait would be 2 hrs rather than one! Obviously a misstep by the scheduler!??
I have to come from Sequim, WA.
Perhaps in the future,appointments will be scheduled with lunch breaks in mind!!

Customer service was great. However, while waiting in the waiting area it was miserable listening to people playing basketball, the tv on and the radio blaring at the same time! The worst tho was the basketball playing. Every time I come in there the help is doing some kind of playing that is noisy and distracting.

I received my car back today after 3 frustrating days of service interaction. Everything began wrong from service request order taking to going through 3 different people, having to explain all over again each time. The G90 came back unfinished with outside coating, so the car went back on Friday 3/12/2021 at 1100AM.
I got the car back today Saturday at 1300. After doing a walk around, I see that the exterior is done with poor quality. Interior was also sprayed with coating which I did not request. Interior coating spray left spot marks all around the car which has spots where the coating has been applied and spots where coating is half wiped away with unfinished look, giving it a 2 tone wet look. Essentially, your coating workmanship left the car look destroyed inside. The car looks trashed!
What happened to your service quality! In the past I only had the best to say about your service workmanship and customer service. It is like a different place all together now. Are you operating with A team B team C team? Are they all performing service at different quality level. I noticed the difference from when I made the phone call. Poor customer service handling manner and attention to detail are clearly absent!
I need this issue resolved ASAP! I am very busy and I cannot be tied down to this matter.
I am bringing the car back on Monday to your service to show you WHAT WENT WRONG. IF YOU CANNOT RESOLVE IT, THEN YOU NEED TO GIVE ME A SAME NEW CAR. I am beyond speechless what your service team has done to my car.
I am also going to escalate this complaint to Genesis corporate next week.
I left a message in your phone inbox, please give me a call to work with me on this ASAP to resolve this matter! I have cc'd to Luke Buchanan who has been the finance manager for this car at the time of sales. This car and this matter may become a financial liability for your dealership if this problem does not get resolved to my satisfaction.
