The service was clearly explained before I had any questions and I felt comfortable with the entire process. The team made a quick turn around with the repairs and we were very pleasantly surprised that the warranty covered the repairs. When it was Parr VW and my service person was Laurie it was not perfect, but much better. I sat for 4 hours today to find out it was only diagnosis, no repair. After 2 hours of hearing nothing I texted and got a response. After 2 hours more I got up and saw my van outside. Laurie would have told me within 30-45 minutes what was up and what to expect.
I left, and made an appointment with another VW service center tomorrow. You may have lost my business.
