I was quoted a price over the phone of $79.99 for my service, I had a coupon couponfor $30 off and somehow was charged over a hundred dollars! I even pointed out on the screen in the service dept. a add starting oil change and wipers for $75.99! I'm not a rocket scientist, but with the coupon I presented, I don't understand why my bill came to $113.78. I guess that's how business is done these days!

Incompetence. You ordered wrong part, could not program a key for three hours, you deprogrammed my key, I dropped off car at 10 AM and left at 530 PM, have to go back for key that works. It was a nightmare.
