I've never had a more out of touch, poorly run dealership in all my born days!!! The oil techs tried to destroy my car not once but twice. They overfilled my car by 3 quarts had to be towed back, after I told them it was 3 quarts too full, they tried to remove half a quart and called it good, I checked the dipstick and it was still way, way too full, I'm glad I checked the dip stick the second time I tried to take her home. Huge WTF
I was trying to get Kansas to show me the GMC Canyons, they were both dead! You tell me what you can do to make me completely satisfied with my overall service experience??? Scared to death sleepless nights, my Corvette means the world to me!

Jon was amazing. He may be new but by far Carries himself as a customer first employee. Unlike most service writers he took the time to take down all of the information I provide to relay to the tech AND ACTUALLY TOLD THE TECH. I left the service office feeling heard and valued. The service itself was a different story. As an diesel mechanic and electronics technician, I felt it took way too long (3 hours) to diagnose the fault to the MAF sensor especially after I had already provided thorough evidence to support it was the faulty component.when it was all said and done I had to fight with a senior service writer to provide a rental due to my truck being inoperable to drive. He ultimately got me a rental but worded it as he was doing me some sort of favor because the part from GMC had 2 day wait. The part ended up being 3 day wait for reasons unbelievable to me. I find it unbelievable that the GMC parts department cannot obtain a common OEM part within a 1 day window. The amount of time I spent resolving my issue would have easily cost me less than to have just gone to an auto parts store and fixed it myself. Once again the service department shows they're inexperience and lack first time quality at doing even the most basic repairs. I hate taking my truck in for warranty work because I know the tech takes longer because GMC pays the Bill's. But I'm the one who really pays with my time. At least this time there's nothing missing and no damage from lifting my truck NOT from the lifting points. Again, Jon rated at 5 stars and the rest of the service department would get 0. ALSO THE TECH DIDNT CHECK MY BRAKES EVEN THOUGH ITS ON HIS MULTI POINT INSPECTION CHECKLIST.

This most recent trip for a routine oil change was not like past trips for oil changes.
I dropped my car off for the oil change. I was told it was going to be about 30-60 minutes. I told them I'm going down the street call me when it's done and I'll come back to pick it up. I finished working out 60 minutes later no call or text telling me my car is done.
I got back to the dealer and waited in the waiting room for another 45 minutes. I finally go up to the counter to ask why it's taking 45+ longer than estimated. Turns out the car was done a long time ago. Wasting 45+ minutes of my time.
Another person goes to check me out and three things from the multi-point inspection are in the red and recommending fixing. I ask how long is this going to take to fix these and they said another 45 minutes. I should have been notified of these things that needed to be fixed before my car was done being worked on. That way it could have all been done during the same visit. Now instead of getting everything done in one day, I had to reschedule another appointment for the three things in the red. Wasting even more of my time.
I know this is not normal service behavior because I have had much better service in the past. I'm curious why I was never notified via phone call or auto text about my car being done and why I had to wait till check out to find out about all the additional work that needed to be done.
