Been taking truck for service since 2010. Today was off-lots if new service reps. Was told wait time would be 1.5-2 hours -ended up being 3 hours-told after 2.5 hr it was being pulled out-waited an additional.5 hrs. Normally have been told if wait time will be longer. Didn’t receive multi inspection report after oil change. Person I paid (not the service rep) said it’s not done with repairs. Pointed out oil change was done. Had to wait while a multi inspection report was put together which was incompletely filled out- several blanks. Receipt said multi inspection done but incomplete report doesn’t give confidence it was done. Hoping for better service next time.

Appt was 3pm on 7/25 for oil change/tire rotation.
Called 10:30 next day and asked what was going on with the car... no problems pick up by 11 am.
Got there to pick up car and there were four problems:recommendations to be fixed. Never received any calls discussing the options.
Now I’m still waiting to be called to bring car back in. I wanted to know which things to fix since I had already told the service rep we were traveling 3000 miles and wouldn’t be back til next year. Not the happiest with communication.

First of all, Randy has been nothing but helpful and upfront and stayed in touch through this process. My issue is I bought this truck from you guys and has been in the service center 4 times in 9 months for the same misfire issue.... I paid 42,000 for it. The engine seems to be bad. And I am feeling like I am getting the run around. I am really hoping you guys make this right. We are trying g one more time hoping it is ok now. I doubt it. I bought the warranty for this reason but cannot get them to fix it. Dont understand this process. I came to you guys based on many friends referring me. So far very disappointing.
