Randy is great! I was not happy as to why I was there: recall and then damage to my seat cover during replacement of recall part on my brand new Yukon, but Randy was upfront, honest and helpful, and the issues were not his fault. I’m glad Randy is my service team leader. Thank you.

Everyone who has ever helped me at this establishment has been incredibly wonderful... while the gentleman while helped me today was not rude at all.. he just didn’t have good customer service. He was not personable at all, left my car in the rear of service for me to find and didn’t remove the plastic or papers. He said my part was “on back order or something but they would call me” just not the type of service I’ve received the multiple times I’ve been there before. Again he wasn’t rude.. just not friendly or helpful.. I will say every other employee today was over the top friendly and I so appreciate that. Perhaps this guy was just having a off day.

Being that I just received my vehicle back today, hard telling if it’s a job well done. However, I am hopeful there will not be any issues. I am pleased with the service that was provided, especially the time to acquire all the part necessary to do a the rebuild on my front differential the correct way. I wasn’t satisfied for several reason and will not recommend this dealership to any of my friends. I am an active duty Marine and I bought a brand new 2020 GMC Sierra from an out of state GMC dealership. I brought the truck in to get a small paint chip Fixed that was cause by the truck delivery company. The GM from the GMC dealership that I bought the truck said that they was going to pay for the repair. I informed Aaron the sales advisor of the situation and that the GM was going to call. He said good to go and that was going to call me when my truck was going to done and never did. I called several times and left a message at 4pm to see if my truck was ready and paid for before I headed to the dealership on Friday to pick it up. But Aron never called me back, The receptionist told Me she was going to tell him to call me back. I had to get a ride and When I got to the dealership at 5pm all sudden he send me a text that truck is done. Then he Informed me that he can’t release my truck because the other GMC dealership couldnt pay the bill and that he spoke with GM from the other dealership who told him that he was going to pay it the next day at 0800 because he didn’t have the Company card on him and he’s driving back from vacation. Aron informed me that he will not release my truck to me and that I need to come back tomorrow. I asked him if there’s any way that I can at least get a ride home since I don’t have transportation . He told me no so I had to figure out how to get home. I even asked him if there’s any way a shuttle can pick me up in the morning so I can get my truck and was told no. Then I asked him if I can get the keys so I can at least get my house keys that was in the truck. He grabbed the keys that was hung up and then unlocked it from the inside of the store. Like if I was going to try to run away with my truck. Like really?? I felt professionally embarrassed. After that I had to pay an Uber to take me home. That night I spoke with the GM that I bought the truck and he told me that he had spoken with Aron and told him that he was going to pay for the repairs using the Company Card on Saturday and to go ahead to release the truck to me. Which they both had agreed to go ahead but that didn’t happen. On Saturday the GM called Aron and left him a message but he didn’t answer to make a payment. When I showed up to dealership in an Uber . Turns out Aron is off today and no one would of Called me. Eventually someone else helped me and called the GM from the other dealership who made the payment. I expected better customer service from a GMC dealership. I have owned two brand new vehicle a Infiniti and an Escalade and those two dealership treated me better like a loyal customer. I see if I had an old 1999 Sierra with no warranty but I don’t. It’s a brand new truck that I just had for 2 weeks. I herd that this dealership is really good and I was planning on bringing my truck to this dealership for all my services. But after this experience I will not be coming here. I refuse to be treated like that, I am a paying customer and no one should be treated this way. Especially since it’s a GMC truck. I see if I had bought the truck from some random car lot but it wasn’t it was A GMC dealer which the GM even spoke with Aron. So it’s not like I am trying to leave with out paying , it’s a GMC dealership to GMC dealership . I lost valuable time and money on transportation to get to the dealership which I will not get back. All he had to do was inform me of the situation especially when my I know for a fact that my truck was fixed and down at 2pm on Friday. I could of gotten a call or something when it was fixed Not a text at 5pm when I got to the dealership. I hope i am the only person who had to go through this and no one else. Because no one should have to go through this experience
