The repair to our Malibu I’m sure is not rare but the process getting to the solution was frustrating and Brett did a very good job through out the entire process. Worst service experience ever. We scheduled both our cars weeks ago for a particular date. We were told we’d be given a loaner. We showed up and only one car was on the schedule and they said no loaner. Not a big deal to not have a loaner, just wasn’t prepared for it. Then after getting home with my car I have to take it right back and drop it off again because the outside door handle is messed up and won’t work. What the heck? Very not happy.
