David did an amazing job he was very helpful he helped me order an ice scrapper when i didnt had one due to me just moving here and made sure i had a safe ride to get home to while my car was being fixed i am very pleased with his work and also has a great personality when he talks to customers.

Nobody called to tell me my vehicle was finished being worked on. My wife could have used the 4x4 in the snow to get to work, if we had been notified it was finished. Instead had to call in, as the other vehicle we have is a car that won't make it there safe in snow.

I took a day off of work to get my “We Owe” taken care of. Which was to fix the the windshield. I also purchased some accessories through the my Chevy link app. I had some of the accessories schedule to be installed at that same day. I was waiting there from 9:25-4:30ish. I didn’t even receive the windshield repair!!! I was told that they placed the accessories on first and that took about an hour and then my car was sent to whom ever for the windshield repair. I was told it took about an hour for them to decide that my windshield was beyond repair and I needed a new one. So basically I got two hours worth of work and some how managed to be there for 7 hours. And to top it off I get to come back for the windshield replacement and this time I have to pay for a rental so I don’t miss another day of work. I checked on the progress of my car in the service area at 1:30 was told it should be done soon. I checked again around 2:30 and was told it was getting ready to be brought out of the shop area. Finally at 4:30 I went back to the service desks fo see what was going on. I saw that my key and papers were on the desk and found out that in those 7 hours I managed to only get two hrs worth of solutions. Also, the service guy that was helping took the purchase papers out of my car and I need to get them back, it’s a blue envelope that contains all of my original purchase papers including my financial agreement and warranty agreement
In conclusion I am very disappointed in this last service! This is my family’s 3 car from Haselwood and I know you can deliver better service and be more communicative. I was ok not being able to complete the service but holding my car and acting like it’s getting work done is beyond an apology and explanation of being busy. Because of this I missed hours of time I could have gone to work and now I get to pay for the “We Owe” with a rental car for two days because I have a busy schedule.
