Always positive and articulate interface with me the customer , I felt very welcomed and nicely handled in my interaction - every bit as smooth and good as my extensive experiences with industry rival and reputably "high end" competitor Mercedes Benz dealerships . I do hold that in the end my car was examined -and charged for- wheels/brakes I did not authorize , since the focus of ABS under - hood function was a focus , and general roadworthiness was part of the discussion I cannot clearly call out a breach of agreement . Any future involvement I have with Haselwood will show me being extra careful to be VERY specific about what wok I am authorizing on my crummy old GM vehicles . A snappy , fresh , low mile used Bolt might be of interest to me in the future , and I feel Haselwood would be my very best place to find that . Maybe in a year . Mr Buckingham and your dealership would be my recommendation to ANYONE shopping General Motors in the meanwhile !
