Honestly it would have been nice to get a call about my car being done with its oil change first appointment in the morning not have to call 2.5 hours later to have to leave a message because it was busy. Then end up getting there seeing my car us done and still had no call. Then still waiting a little to be helped by one of the guys.

I was very disappointed when I was having issues with truck after only a few months of buying it. I bought a certified preowned truck with low miles because I didn’t want to deal with these types of issues, so naturally there became a bad taste in my mouth. Bill Baker was great and making sure I was satisfied with everything that was happening to fix the issue. He spoke to me like we were good friends and I appreciated that very much along with all the updates over the 16 day period without my truck. So thank you very much Bill.

David is an exceptional person! He went above and beyond the typical duties of most dealership service representatives to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience with Haselwood Chevrolet. He is the sole reason I will continue to use the services there for he constantly made sure I was taken care of by arranging a shuttle for me when I had to leave my car overnight, he negotiated the costs of my repairs so I could afford the services, and he was sympathetic to my needs. This man deserves a raise. Rarely have I ever met a person in customer service who did so much for me while still maintained his professionalism. He truly made me feel like I was a valued customer. Thank you David for changing my options of typical dealership services and experiences.
