Came in for an oil change and another lite problem and left two days later with only one call back ..during my vehicle being with him. Had to wait all day till closing. The first day was bad they didn’t call me back till 430 and I had to get our son at 5 and had to pay lift car service. They had kept the truck over night because he said they felt the problem but lies the next day they never did. He sat on my rig. So the day I come to pick it up Tuesday the 11th the inspection sheet is blank and my headlight want even done. He took a new inspection sheet back and had the mechanic fill it out two days later. What a joke. And then had me buy the bulb in store and installed it in driveway. So after I finsh up with service I finally get to head home only to find out my truck is now having a really bad problem and is not drivable after it was completely going in o. That Monday. So I call him on the way home and mark tells me to drive it in the next day(drive it in ) tells me I’ll be fimne. Nope sure wasn’t had to be towed in 3 min after leaving the house. I get their drop it off he says well take care of you and I asked for a rental and again that day one call no call backs again the next day no calls so if I in to find out nothings been done so we drop off the rental and get the truck towed home And after he lifted the hood the engine was full of mud debris covering inside the engine compartment. This is so sad to see hasselwood have such alarming customer service and after we just bought our daughter her car their. Sad to think this is how you serve your active military.

2nd time I’ve scheduled to have a recall done and both times given enough time to get parts needed the job could not be performed. First time I scheduled over a week in advance and waited for over an hr to be told they had to order the part.
Today I had the appointment scheduled for over two weeks and had a friend take time from his day to drop my car off and nothing was done because they said they didn’t have the right grease. According to what my friend was told, they said they weren’t familiar with this recall. Well if that’s the case maybe look into it..
