I want to again thank Bill and Brett for being proactive to get a plan in place to service my vehicle and arrange for another form of comparable transportation for me while without my car. It has been frustrating Over the last few month to have a brand new car with so many issues, but Brett and Bill came through to provide a solution. Always a pleasure to come to Hazelwood GMC. I have been having my 2012 2500 Sierra SLT HD serviced there for the last 3 1/2 years and it has always been a great experience..Even if the time of wait was long, they still checked in and let ya know it would be done asap..I personally appreciate that. Not sure of his name but “Ace” in the oil change dept. has been servicing my truck for quite some time and it’s nice to see familiar faces, that includes Brett. All in all, I look forward to seeing everyone and like feeling like people remember who I am..just not another face rolling through. Brett is awesome and it’s no wonder he is in management. Randy Strasbourg has always been personable, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and good to his word. When I called the dealership to explain my problem he listened to what I had to say. He asked good questions and made courteous suggestions. I had the car towed to the dealership as I suspected the water pump had failed and he texted me when the car arrived. He kept me informed as to what the service technician found and confirmed with me how I wanted to proceed. He kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs and what GM was covering regarding the cost of the repairs. He told me when he thought the car would be ready and called me when it was ready for me to come and pick it up. As soon as I entered the service representative work area he greeted me with a friendly hello and went over the paperwork with me and processed my payment. My wife and I purchased a 2020 Bolt EV Premier this past September and one of the reasons why we purchased at Haselwood Chevrolet is because of the quality of service I’ve received there for my 2014 Chevrolet Sonic. Randy has almost always taken care of me when I’ve come in for service and now I just ask for him when I call or come in. Thank you for the quality of your service and the quality of your personnel.

Iv been using Hasslewood for many years and it seems every time I bring my GMC’s there, I wind up bringing it back shortly after because something was missed. The time before this I told them all my needs, one of which was the check engine light was on. I picked it up, driving home very happy to have it back. I got home and noticed that the check engine light was still on. I made another appointment and finally it’s fixed. It happens almost every time. One time I drove around the shop and back in to have my problem done again.
