The initial estimate for my service (oil change and mount/balance tires) was 1.5 hours. At 2 hours I had not been updated on the status of my vehicle, so
I checked in and was told 15 minutes. At 3 hours it was finally complete. My bill was reduced to help offset the inconvenience, and representative did apologize. Hopefully in the future time commitments can be kept.

Jason is a great rep that I’ve had the luck to deal with what seems like every time I go in for service. He remembers me every time. Most of all he keeps me from having a massive anxiety attack every time I’m in. which seems to want to set in as soon as I park. I was there at 10 minutes before 8 am and was received by someone else. Jason took over and finished getting me checked in and showed me to the waiting room. He told me I might be waiting a couple hours before they figured out what was going on, which I planned on. About 10 am he came to me and said they had to escalate the work and call for help. It was going to take a little longer. At 5 minutes past 1pm he came to me to tell me they had figured it out. He then explained that a computer modual needed to be replace as well as my battery. Since they had also done a multi point inspection they found several other things that it needed. I guess my main concern was that it took so long to figure out the problem. I guess I assume that connecting the truck to a computer, which should be able to test the computer and moduals on the truck should have been able to determine in record time that one of the moduals was not working right. Maybe that is a faulty assumption, but 5 hours....really? I was stuck with a bill of over $200 for a mere diagnosis. If I had charged you for my time there you guys would end up owing me money back. I was told not to take my truck there, but I wanted to give it a try. My bad.
