Randy has been fantastic. My truck has been misdiagnosed multiple times. Now it needs a new engine and the dealership should fix it. I am very frustrated and disappointed in Hazelwood service and will not be getting any further service done there if we cannot come to a reasonable answer to my truck.

Got to several times he couldn’t find my pre paid service plan. To the point I was ready to leave, and never come to this dealership again. Another service writer stepped in and found my information literally in 10 seconds. I’ve been coming to this dealership for 2.5 years. All my oil changes have been on this service plan. This is the only time I’ve been treated rudely. I’ve bought 4 vehicles from the west hills/haselwood dealership since 2012. Not likely to be giving this dealership my business in the future.
