You all do a good service on my car, but the issue that I have is I made an 11:00am appointment 2 weeks in advance, got there a little before, and I finally checked out at 1:00pm. Maybe I'm missing something, but I've had my car in there several times and it has never taken that long. Was it because of the lunch hour?

The tech marked that my vehicle has a leak and that immediate attention is required and the gentleman that checked me out said they cleaned it up and will look for the leak next oil change. That is not immediate in my opinion

I had removed the top dash having lost a valuable card behind it. I had asked to take a look to see if they might retrieve it. They said they couldn’t and I understand but the problem was the two bolts for the A pillar cover were moved and lost. Now I have to find new bolts.
