It’s ridiculous to always have to stand around for 10 minutes after parking the car in the service entrance drive and coming in, to see a service advisor. Maybe for a customer convenience you should install some chairs at it take a number system like they have at the Department of licensing. Other than that I had a very pleasant experience, thank you for asking.

I received a letter about my Buick that all things in the letter my car does. When I get there I’m told they need the car for half a day. Why wasn’t I told that when booking the appt?? I’m also not offered a rental but could pay $35 a day. I am offered s shuttle to the mall or home. I already know the shuttle does not go to Allen but will go to Belfair. That is approximately 6 molecaway from Home. How was I supposed to get there! Not impressed with service today and am not happy. Not every woman wants to spend the day at the mall.
