I called Randy for an oil-change appointment and I was in a bit of a time crunch. There were no convenient slots available but he said to bring my car in anyway and he would get it done. I came in @ 7:30 on a Thursday morning and the car was ready in about an hour. Randy did an awesome job getting me and my Spark on the road to Arizona!

I was satisfied with service rep and was pleasant but I was totally dissatisfied with finding out that I need to have my air filter replaced and i wasn’t told about it when it was taken apart but on my paper work. It would have taken three minutes to let me know since I was waiting and have it replaced. Instead I now get to pay even more in shop time and my time to have it replaced. I know they looked at it since they stripped the screws on the filter cover. I have been having you service my truck for almost three years this is very disappointing.

First of all I did not have any problem with Jesse. One of the things I brought the car in for was a check engine light. They diagnose a failed module of some sort and replaced it. They called me to come and get the car which I did. Someone drove the car around to near the service reps office to turn it over to me. I got in the car started it up and had a check engine light. Did not even move the car. They worked with it a while as I waited in the waiting room. Finally decided they needed to keep the car. They finally replaced the device that the module controls. On the face of it it is hard to avoid thinking they didn't check it out very well before they called me and used up an afternoon of mine.

It's funny I got this request as I was going to call tomorrow and aak who I could talk to at the factory level to let them know what I think about the service I've received from Randy. He's the best I've ever had. When I had the new engine replaced last summer, it took 9 weeks from start to finish. I was going crazy because GM was taking so long to decide what they were going to do. Randy called me at least every other day if only to say he and Ryan were doing everything possible to expedite the work. This last job I needed done rather fast, he got a generic part and the tech modified it to work to het me on the road until the factory part got here. He's consistently providing the best service, follow up and because of that....I trust him. You should know the quality of employee you have in Randy. Give that man a raise, if you don't, someone else might. He deserves recognition for the job he does. Kim S
