Mark Larsen was very cordial even when I had accidently deleted the complimentary promo email for oil change/tire rotation and had to pay for the service. He told me that if I found the deleted email just to send it to him and he would see that it was refunded to me. I did find it and sent as requested, simply awaiting his reply. I have another appr scheduled for next Friday and am looking forward to working with Mark once again. -Robert S

I am not sure if your service department just don't like me or I just always come on their bad days but when I drive up 1st in line I am always seen last. My experience with Randy was great but overall shop customer service is not the best. Maybe my standards or just too high.

I was told it would be ready by 5pm, so I turned in my rental car at about 5:20pm, and as I was 8n the shuttle back to chevy I received a call saying it wouldn't be ready till 5:45-6:15. At 5:52 the service associate said that the tech was staying late to finish my truck and that he would like to process the paperwork and payment so that when the truck is done I can grab my keys and go. I continued to walk around and wait while watching them through the service door work on the truck. At 7pm I noticed that the garage was completely shut down. And at this point no-one had come to inform me of anything going on. It wasn't until I was walking around confused, that one of the managers(I think) finally asked me if I needed anything, that they were finally able to tell me that the truck wasn't going to be ready until after parts opened the next morning. He also regretted to inform me that the shuttle was closed as well as the rental car place. And so I waited for another 20 minutes for my wife to drive across town. Prior to this the service was fair, I scheduled the service in advance and told them that I wanted the sunroof seal replaced and to troubleshoot a leak from the sunroof, in addition to some other services, and they said that all known needed parts would be available when I brought the truck in. And when I dropped off the truck I told them again that I needed the sunroof seal replaced. It wasn't till the service associate was telling me that the sunroof drain needed to be replaced that I was able to remind them again that wanted the sunroof seal replaced, to which he replied the the seal was fine and it is normal for water to pass through the seal, and I told him that air and lots of water gets through which is why I needed the seal replaced. At that point he was able to research the part to find that it is on backorder and would take a few weeks. Overall, I'm very unsatisfied,and I don't have my truck.

Car is not fixed. Also I asked that it be kept inside and was returned dirty (on the outside) - corvettes don't go through car washes. Finally someone put a scratch in the door.
