I purchased a 2015 Ford F150 from you in 10/2019. after 1 year and 3000+ miles, I was faced with a $900 bill for and engine problem. I purchased the maintenance contract however the part needed to fix problem was not covered, even though it was an engine part. I discussed this with your service MNGR, and he was kind enough to discount the labor for the repair. I waiting almost 2 weeks to have the repairs done, replace 2 parts that took ME 2 hours to remove and test and re-install. TWO WEEKS!! DOES NOT GIVE ME A WARM FEELING ABOUT MY NEXT 6 AUTO PURCHASES-WIFE, 3 GROWN SONS. Haselwood needs to make this right or $400K future business goes elsewhere.
