I was irate that My Tahoe sat in the back for over an hour before the service technician got to it.I was on time for my appointment, so therefore to me, it should've been in a service bay when I got there !! Put a strain on My plans !

Brake work suggested was $300-$400; agreed to the work. Arrived at the prescribed time for pick up, and the car was not ready for over an hour after arrival. After an hour, was told the tech discovered further problems when test driving. Was offered a loaner vehicle while further diagnosis took place. Was then called an told additional critical brake work was needed that would bring my service bill to over $1000. Had I been informed about this safety critical need before the other work took place, I would have opted for just this critical work to get done on this visit to avoid financial hardship, but I was not given this option. Upon retrieving my vehicle after second round of work was completed, I returned to work to find a diagonal black band across my white dress shirt from hip to opposite shoulder. Upon closer inspection, I found black grime on my seatbelt, my leather upholstery, the inside of my door, and on the door trim. On my drive home from work the same day, a warning light came on the dash alerting me that my tire monitoring system needed servicing (undoubtedly due to some mistake made in reassembling my vehicle). Upon arrival at home, noted by brand new front bumper has black scratches on it that were not there when I brought the vehicle in for servicing. Also note that vehicle does not sit level now. The passenger side body is sitting higher above the tires than the drivers side. On top of all this, the brakes do not work as well as they did before the work took place. There was some squeaking when brakes were depressed (what I originally asked to be checked out), but they functioned well. Now I have to depress the brake pedal almost to the floor to come to a complete stop. At this point, I am extremely dissatisfied on a multitude of fronts with this service experience. I have had very good experiences in previous service interactions at this location; I trust this was a series of mishaps that will be rectified. Tim Graves
