Jason should not be a service writer. Doesn't have a clue what customer service is all about. Not his fault but almost two weeks for a part that wasn't needed . problem was a simple setting. Product knowledge by tech . Salesman resolved the problem. Not a pleasent experience at all.

It took over three hours for a standard oil change service. As I understand, there is a problem with your inventory system in that it said there was a cab-filter in inventory for my 20124 Silverado. There was none. No one communicated with me to keep me informed. I had to ask why it was taking so long.

Took Equinox in for the door chime. No cnoisechime was made when the lights were left on and the key was turned off with the door open. Latch and door pin was replaced but the buzzer still doesn't work. I was told that a module is responsible for the buzzer, and that sends a signal to the radio (which now doesnt work) is the cause. Question: if the module needed to be fixed why didn't we fix that to begin with? We installed an after market cd stereo and it worked prior to the car being turned in last week. On my way to bestbuy tomorrow to get a module and hopefully that fixes the issue.

I Jason did a great job! However I need to say when I made my appt I said a light was on on the dash! It was on already on my last visit! Cameron said they didn't have time to check it out but that it had something to do with cold weather starts! Jason said I would have to pay $115 just to have it checked! If we know what itt is why can't we fix itt??
