Service was fine and my assigned service person, Ricky was great. My issue is that a repair which I believe should have been covered under warranty was not, costing me over $1200. My **** antenna seal failed causing a water leak, this is not a wear and tear issue. When I purchased the truck used in July 2019, I purchased the most comprehensive extended warranty offered and believed that anything other than wear and tear would be covered, well this problem was an exception. I even found a service bulletin acknowledging that this issue was a known problem and that it should have been repaired prior to the vehicle being sold, but this was only valid until 2017. I had reported a water intrusion issue shortly after purchasing the vehicle and the front windshield was replaced. I have to wonder, but have no way to prove that this may have been part of the problem originally. Ricky tried everything he could to have the repair covered to no avail. So I will have to pay for a repair that I believe should have been covered. I am disappointed in the system not the people. I have purchased many vehicles from your store over the years, must admit for the first time I regret it. I will write a letter to the Hazelwood group and can only hope that someone will help me to at least defray some of the cost. Sincerely, William B

The issue of the key stuck in the ignition was initially fixed when I picked it up. Two days after the repair the key began intermittently to get stuck again in the ignition & eventually 4 days after repair key completely stuck with the truck not completely shut down. Had to bring it back in Monday December 4th to fix the issue again. I had to rent a car from haselwood and my understanding haselwood not covering rental costs. I find this not right being the truck is still under warranty and your mechanics failed resolve the problem the first time. This has been a big disruption in my employment for this week and last. The truck is used for my landscape design company.
