I was super frustrated that my brand new truck broke down at 126 miles , but I feel that Aaron and the mechanic that worked on my truck were very concerned about the issue and they determined that other components should be replaced after doing some additional research on the problem with the serpentine belt and the pulleys. I was super frustrated that they had the truck for so long , however they new my timeline for getting it back to me for a trip that’s been planned for awhile , and they pulled through with flying colors. I am disappointed that I sent Josh K. an email regarding this in response to his email requesting my satisfaction with my purchase and service which he didn't respond to. Doesn't seem very satisfying that the manager isn't responsive to his inquiry.

After I got my oil changed one of the comments was I was low on coolant. I was confused as to if that meant they filled the coolant or if I needed to fill the coolant. So I called and left two messages asking if I needed to fill the coolant. I have not gotten a call back.

$439.00 was way too expensive for an oil change and two diagnostics. One issue, the brake booster I knew was bad. Why did it need a diagnostic ? Other issues with the truck yes did need diagnosis. Further frustrated when an after market part wasn't acceptable.
