Randy was great. He brought my car to the service area, making it easy to depart. I was barely on the street when I heard air rushing in. No problem. I checked the door. It was closed. I checked all 4 windows. Hmm. They were closed. I looked in side mirrors and all 4 doors appeared sealed. I got onto highway 3 and the noise of leaking air was deadening. I needed to return to service department. I couldn’t go 40 miles listening to the noise. I got off at the first exit. I pulled into the WinCo lot, got out and walked around my truck. Everything looked ok. I returned to my door, and saw something shiny hanging out of the bottom of my door. It looked sharp. I carefully tried to remove it. It was a small SnapOn brand screw driver. I pulled it out. I think it was magnetic. I drove and immediately no air rushing noise. When I got home it was dark. I have not tried the lock but will today. I will look at the door to see if the screw driver had pierced gasket in door.

For customers with higher end cars like Buick or Cadillac, they should offered a wash with service. We got this treatment with Lexus and Lincoln. I would have expected that with Buick. Other than that it was great. ????

I really appreciate all the help Brett provided. He understood what I was explaining, as far as my Trax issues, and even though there isn’t anything fixable he did a great job. I’m also relieved to find that he also experienced the issue in two courtesy cars, both Trax, so I know I now that this seems to be an issue with this model. I just hope that more people come forward and GM acknowledges there’s a problem and corrects it.
