Brett was very professional and helpful. He kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and over all took really good care of us. As a front man he is really good at his job. I would also like to acknowledge the Technicians that worked on my truck they did a really good job.You couldn’t even tell that they were in the vehicle making repairs. In the past at other shops I could tell that work had been done because there was greasy fingerprints all over the interior but that is not the case with Hazelwood Chevrolet thank you for making my experience a good one!

Brett is great! I am frustrated with the results. My transfer case needs replaced. I had it this noise checked back in January/February of this year. I was told it was something in the hub and that I should just take it out of auto and it would be fine. That was before I reached my 100,000 miles. I believe we laughed about it because I was within 4 miles. I have looked at all my service documents and cannot find any notes on this. I am frustrated. So now I am wondering if this should have been covered under warranty. Today I paid $2300 to get parts ordered. I am hoping that someone will do the due diligence to let me know if this should be covered.
I have been very loyal to Haselwood and I am hoping that this can be resolved if this should have been covered.

Randy Strasbourg was fine but getting to someone in service who knew how to get the job done was not easy.
I had attempted to inform the Service Dept ahead of time so I could have parts ordered in advance but that didn’t work out.
I now have to bring the vehicle back for another appt and I’m not sure I will do this.
