An oil change shouldn't take almost two hours and on top of that I had to inquire about the status of my car to be told my car had been done but my paperwork was in a pile that wasn't touched yet. Very frustrating!

$25 added in for Shop & Hazmat services for a spare key to be cut and programmed. Shameful.
Being told to relax as the process can take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Shameful.
