They replaced the back wiper and set the old one inside the space where the trunk opens. It got lodged in the door at the dealership, and when they took it out there was damage left. Nobody in the garage looked for damage, just drove the car back out. I discovered it 20 min later. 7 deep chips were created and I called Brett to let him know. He said to come in Tuesday to see a "paint guy" but how many hours will that take?

I brought it in because I was hearing a noise on the left driver side . The noise sounds the same today. Brought it in a few months ago , was told the noise was my breaks which I had replaced . Brought it back two weeks ago it was said to be the sway bar which they needed to order the part. I waited another Week or so for an appointment. At my appointment I was informed the part was broken and a new one needed ordered. I received my car back today and told it was still making a noise but it wasn’t a loud or noticeable noise and to turn up my music. The noise that I first was coming in for is still very much there and now I’ve waiting months to have it fixed.

Service advisor was good, but told me it would be 2 hours approximately... after 4 hours I went in the service office and my car was done. I did respond to the text asking for an update but got no response. I brought the truck in and said it was making a screeching noise and a chirping noise. You guys determined a belt needed to be replaced. After my most recent appointment oh, I was told that the chirping noise is from a high-power fuel pump that Toyota had issued a service advisory about. I'm a little annoyed that I have to come back again to get that part fixed. It seems like that could have been looked up when I was in the first time. I want to reiterate got my service advisor was fantastic, very friendly and did everything she could to rectify the situation.
