A part was ordered for my 2019 Canyon. There was confusion and in the communication between parts and service personnel. I was not notified the part had arrived as the part was not linked to me. I had to call several weeks later and eventually the part was found. Appointment for repairs was made. I believe I would still be waiting had I not been proactive!

The check in process was all over the place with no order, rhyme, or reason. My husband stood outside for over 15 minutes waiting to be checked in, and a customer walked right in front of him to check in and no one said anything. There were a group of employees just chatting about non-work related things, and seemed very disorganized. When we went to pick up our vehicle, I’m glad we paid online prior to getting there. I had to work until 5:30, so we weren’t able to get there until just after 6pm, and the attendant did not know how to take payment, was unsure where things were, made me find my own vehicle and walked away with his hands in his pocket whistling. It was a very disconcerting visit and experience, since all other times we have been there had been excellent. It seemed like the employees are not taking pride in what they do and couldn’t care less if customers were satisfied with the service they received. It was very unprofessional and sad to see.

I am not completely satisfied. Upon picking up my vehicle, I found my navigation system was not working. It was working perfectly well when I left the vehicle and was not an item to be fixed.
I went back to the service department immediately upon seeing the problem. They were not able to fix the system and asked I call Jennie for assistance. I am still waiting to be contacted.

Randy is the go to guy when you need something done. I have one issue with service though. Since this is the week end there’s no one to complain to. We had transmission work done and now the cruise control doesn’t work and I think it’s in all wheel drive continuously.

Took longer than expected because their compressor went out. Didn't do very well keeping everyone informed. Extremely disappointed to find out that the prepaid oil changes we purchased when we bought our vehicle, had a 3 year expiration date. We were not told this at the time of purchase. We are now out 3 oil changes.

The representative was nice. It just took a lot longer than it should of or I was told. He said 1 hour, maybe 1:15 since I asked for wipers to be installed during the oil change. It was at 9 am with 2 people in the waiting areas at 11 I came up to ask if he could check on my car.
