It took two hours for an oil change. I waited 20 minutes in a line outside just to check in for a scheduled appointment. Scheduling needs to be improved.

I bought this truck about a year ago for $30000 I was told hazewood checks out all their used cars and trucks, I only drive it about 7 or miles 8 miles a day, but I think I was sold a lemon I have all ready paid $1600 dollars for a $20 dollar sparks plug, Randy told me it was carbon fouled but the mechanic paper work said it was oil fouled, which my power train warranty should have covered, instead I paid $1600 for spark plug all other work was unnecessary. Now the check engine light is on again with an error code of PO717 which I was told is probably a power control module which I doubt if the warranty will cover. I call Randy for an answer and never received a response. I Doubt I will buy another car from Hazelwood. I will be posting my review shortly.

For starters this oil service was pre-scheduled not a walk in visit and to wait an extra hour because you had to wait on an oil filter from down at Ford is beyond ridiculous. You knew full well I was coming in and to not have what was required ahead of time is beyond me. What if ford was out of stock? What? Wait until the next day while you sourced one? Then your mechanic failed miserably with their inspection and make matters worse they had hands on with my tires for a rotation and failed to note the weather checking on the tires which is very obvious, but the icing on the cake was they installed the wheel covers on the WRONG wheels. Its a 4x4 with lockers up front and they installed the covers on the fronts covering the hubs? Luckily I talked to my old friend Scott Helm and found out we never "had" to take it to chevy as we were lied/told by your team and ill be using my old team that I actually trust down at Ford from here on out. The only blessing you have working for you is Jennie, she gets an A+ . You best retain her

Kept me abreast of the service going on. Haselwood needs a coffeeshop. Each other dealership has one. If there isn't going to be one, I suggest a coupon that we can use at any of the other dealership's that have a coffeeshop.

Very happy with the overall experience. It was awesome that my appointment was identified, made for me then notified me by email and with a phone call. I know it was a simple oil change but it was a quick drop off. Randy was sure to let me know he was working late and I could pick up at anytime and let me know when it was ready. Again, in and out at pickup. Professional and fast. If this is your normal ops then y’all are killing it. I’ll be back. Thanks Randy.

The call for my service appointment was prompt. Brian kept in contact with me via text which made it nice because sometimes I end up playing phone tag which is frustrating but this made it easy to communicate. Everyone I interacted with from the drop off, to the rental to the pick up over the past couple days was very polite and efficient. Over a 20 minute wait with NOBODY else waiting at service checkin. Nobody was at the service center checkin at all for that time. Once checked in, a simple oil change took over 90 minutes. Highly Unsatisfactory Performance!
