When I left the dealership the vents started steaming out antifreeze and the car overheated. I had to stop and add antifreeze to make it home on my five mile drive. It’s due for service but I never had this problem with it before. Ran fine. Just a little antifreeze smell. Not sure if something came loose when they were inspecting the issue.

I waited at your dealership nearly 5 hours without a way to leave. I’m pregnant and need nutrition. We were told we would be called Tuesday but it’s now Thursday and I’ve tried calling but my rep was not available. I’m still waiting for a call and hope GM will help cover the cost of my vehicle repairs as my warranty is expired by time not miles-per our rep. Also very upset that every time I’ve been to your dealership I feel mistreated, mislead, or not spoken to like my vehicle is mine rather that you speak to whomever is with me. Last time I visited your sales reps refused to return my keys and kept sending salesmen to try to talk to me. It wasn’t until I walked up to your desk myself and demanded my keys that anyone was able to locate them. In 2017 when I purchased my vehicle I was having a panic attack while talking to financing and instead of allowing me to excuse myself the salesman and finance manager put more pressure on me saying “if you leave you won’t get this price Tomorrow”. I told them I didn’t care but they were so persistent and by that time I could barely focus due to the panic attack.
Jennifer was very nice and helpful but I’m a little let down that when she said she would call Tuesday but here we are on Thursday.

Car has dirty exterior, I was also promised a tank of gas by one of the managers as the heat/cool seats didnt work when I bought the car.
Not exactly sure what the perma plate exterior consists of, the car was dirty just like when it was dropped off.
