I had an appointment set for 7 something in the morning July 7 to get my oil changed and get some recall work done. I showed up at 4:15 p.m. after I got off work to pick my truck up just to find out that they hadn't even started working on my truck yet. So they had to give me a loaner car for the night. I don't know how long it usually takes to change the oil on a truck but I know it doesn't take two days. Very disappointed in the last couple times that I've used your service department.

The service went well. After I left and got on the freeway, my hood popped up.
It has a safety catch so I pulled over immediately and closed it. I just thought you should know so whoever didn’t close it all the way could double check the next ones . This could be serious if the safety catch was faulty.
Otherwise, I was extremely happy with my experience.
