First of all when I arrived I was not informed that they were running over 2 hours behind. If that had been the case I would have had someone pick me up. Jennifer herself was very pleasant. After waiting 2 hours she came in and informed me that my car was finally in being worked on and it would be an hour and a half. I at that point chose to wait for it rather than being picked up as it would take that long for someone to come get me. As I was waiting there in the waiting room I noticed that all the other people were being told that their oil changes would be free due to their extended wait times that day. I continue to wait as my wait time approach 2 hours longer a total of 4. Another customer was going to complain of her extended wait time to the manager and said I should come with her. While we were waiting to speak to the manager Jennifer came to tell me that my car was now done at about 3:15, my appointment was at 11:15. I went with her to check out there were computer problems and it took over 30 minutes to check out. As we were going in to the office for me to pay I informed her that I needed to leave as soon as possible as I was feeling poorly and had not eaten the entire time I had been there. When she was finally able to allow me to make payment she showed me where my car was so I could leave and it was blocked in by another vehicle. I had to wait while she went and got keys to move it so I could leave. In total I was there over four and a half hours to have a one and a half hour oil change done. Also they had to diagnose a small problem with my car which they did, which obviously took less than 30 minutes. I understand about running late what I don't understand is that I was not informed of this when I arrived. I found out while I was waiting that they were running late when I got there. Why did Jennifer not tell me this? If she had I would have had someone come and pick me up. Also when I went to check out Jennifer told me that she was she was giving me a 5% discount for my inconvenience. As I mentioned I was feeling not well and just wanted to get out of there but I don't understand why everyone else was given a free oil change after having to wait an hour and I was only given 5% discount when my appointment was so long. After the problems with the computer well trying to pay I certainly wasn't going to raise any issues over the cost of my oil change. I just had to get home. I also missed an appointment that I had scheduled for 5:00 p.m. that evening. I certainly thought I could make a 5:00 p.m. appointment when I had an 11:15 oil change scheduled I never imagined I would not be able to make an appointment that evening at 5:00. As I said Jennifer was very pleasant and clearly stressed due to the schedule being overbooked and being behind all day. I in no way wanted to add to that stress. It took two+ hours for a oil change. I had to ask twice what was happening. I have never had an oil change over 20 minutes. Ever. Until today.

Took a week to get parts the first time and it was not covered by the warranty. Only had car for a few months and already cost me 2400 dollars. Then I had to bring it back a few miles after leaving because the steering wheel was out of alignment due to the repair they did. They fixed it right away. Then we noticed the air bags were hanging out because the clips were broken In headliner during removal to fix other repaired issue. Temp fix done. Came undone a few days later, ordered parts, had to wait a week for appt. in interim found air duct had been left under seat and not replaced in console. At appt they replaced missing part but the parts I waited a week for had not been ordered even though I was on phone with person who reportedly ordered them. Did give me a rental. Had to wait more days, another issue with parts not being there. Finally got car back. Apologetic and did give me rental but daughter who drives car couldn’t use it because she isn’t 21. Second vehicle I’ve had here that I have had to wait weeks for parts.

Mr. Buckingham was very helpful and informative. Not to mention he has a pleasing personality and is very knowledgeable. Whoever the technician was who worked on my car should really get some sort of recognition. I brought it in because I thought my brakes were squeaking. With his obviously highly trained ear, on a test drive he figured out that the front seal on the transfer case was leaking. I find that fairly phenomenal myself and I’m a pretty fair mechanic.You ask if I am satisfied, oh hell yes!
