Brian and the Tech that worked on my vehicle provided excellent service. Brian conducted himself in a professional and courteous manner. The dealership was clean and all the staff I encountered were friendly. My only complaint is that I had an appointment for 0945 and my vehicle wasn’t taken in for service until 1045. The entire service, a key fob reprogram took less than 15 min. I also found the price to be high. $95 for 15 min of work is a bit much. The coffee, doughnut and popcorn I enjoyed were good, but not good enough to rectify the wait time or high service price.
