After leaving vehicle for majority of the day. When I got the vehicle back was told parts on order and everything was ok. I proceeded to my vehicle read and check one of my concerns to find out not fixed. I walked back spoke with help at the service counter, he then reached out to repair tech who followed me out to vehicle. We then proceeded to trouble shoot and tech saw, verified my issue. proceeded back inside since I requested this be noted. I was told RO was closed and best to return tomorrow. Next day vehicle dropped off first thing in the morning, I return to picked vehicle and tech goes out with me and says all is fine. Upon showing me it was ok, he was able to duplicate my concern, this is now the second tech that has verified the issue. We followed up with service desk, I am told to wait in lobby. After a short while Im told they would like to keep vehicle over night and provide loaner. I fully understand service department has no control of what can go wrong with newly sold vehicles, my issue is having to fo over the problem with multiple techs, this is why I wanted the original work request to be edited with One of my original concerns.
