Jonathan Cork went above and beyond helping me with my service appointment. I inadvertently scheduled my appointment online for the Westhills Chrysler location in lieu of Hazelwood Chrysler location. I wasn’t in they’re system but he worked his magic and was able to get me in right then and there. Having to travel 45 mins to an hour to get there saved me so much time and effort than having to reschedule and travel back another day. He checked on us in the waiting area as we waited and kept us up to date as they worked in the car. They had a comfortable waiting area with hot coffee, snacks, tv and free Wifi (which made my teenage son happy) while waiting. When all was said and done, Jon took the time to explain to me in simple terms what was done to my car and things I should be aware of for future attention. I was so grateful for that. Hazelwood staff and service did not disappoint. They’re quick and friendly service was top notch! I will definitely be a returning customer!

I went in for an oil change and a recall for the brakes. My appointment was 0730 and I arrived at 0716. The service department doesn’t open until 0730 so I waited outside until that time. When I walked in there were several service personnel at their stations, however, the majority were doing paperwork and did not acknowledge their were customers. After a few moments, Jon acknowledged I was there and began to assist. I was asked if I wanted a tire rotation for $20, I honestly felt it should have been included and since Haselwood is the only place the vehicle has been serviced that records would show it was due. Long story short it took longer than expected, vehicle wasn’t completed until approximately 1030, Jon comped me for the oil change, Greatly Appreciated! He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with and mentioned after the fact he should have recommended a rental when I arrived. I will be sure to do that next time out.

Most of what I am experiencing is my fault for buying a truck before it was ready to be on the lot for sale. Melissa was amazing and this has nothing to do with her customer service. The detail, of you can call it that, doesn’t seem to have been done. It looks more like a wipe down. I was assured that since the truck hadn’t been through detailing when they showed it to me that they (Chad Bass) would make sure that it was done to the t. I know he wasn’t there for that part of it, I’m still waiting for him to return my call from two weeks ago. Melissa and I did discover that the truck I was sold appears to have been a work truck and the marks that were on the exterior of the truck that weren’t there when I bought it were from sticker residue, but instead of getting wifi of it it was left very pronounced. There was a dirty rag left in the center console and a white paint stick. I don’t want to touch up the paint on the truck, I was told they would be fixed and one (the most noticeable) wasn’t touched. I doubt the detail shop left that stuff in the car (I hope) since there were items in the truck from the period owner since it hadn’t been through detailing yet. The more I sat in the truck and looked around the more I could see nothing had been really been don’t more than a wipe down. There is still old residue that could have easily come off had there been attention to detail, I finally thought I could use the sunglasses holder but I guess they didn’t realize it was there because it’s still covered in dirt and dust along with the dash, around the doors nothing was done, still dirty and I ran a finger over it to make sure it wasn’t stains but it came right off. I should have never agreed to buy the truck until the things I was promised had been done. It’s like that the deal is done no one cares to take care of the follow up. If I could bring the truck back tomorrow I would be there first thing in the morning. Jenni has been in contact after a week of waiting and has assured me she would look into this for me. Overall I’m not satisfied with the service or the sales departments. I know this does not apply to everyone but I really did get a bad deal out this, and again that is my fault for not walking away or at least waiting until the things that I was assured would be complete had in fact been done. I would have never bought this truck had I known it had been a work truck and the sticker residue had been there day one, it’s looks bad.

Techs did not use seat or floor protection in my vehicle while it was being serviced. Black greasy footprint on white paint of driver door sill and weatherstrip was pulled away- plastic press fastener stripped. Tires were rotated but now there’s a vibration like they are all out of balance. Service writer himself did a great job.
