Thank you for the whole enviroment. I look forward to relaxing and being very comfortable. Was a little taken back by being talked to about trading my 2018 Kia Rio. I've only had it a year, no problems at all! It's a big deal for most people to buy a new car, and suggesting they trade in after a year is just going to generate commisions or merits for someone, not best serve the customer.
