We had our Sorrento in for a recall and windshield wiper issue on 12/29/20. The recall was taken care of, but we were told they needed to order a part for the windshield wiper issue. We made an appointment for 2/9 to have the part installed and to have an oil change. We were told the repair and oil change would take about 2 hours. We requested a courtesy car and were told we couldn't get one. After 2 hours they said our car was ready and they only changed the oil because they still didn't have the part. We drove 1 1/2 hours, 71 miles, one way to have this taken care of. At no time did the dealership attempt to contact us to let us know they didn't have the part. We were very upset and were told the service manager would call us that day to follow up with us. We never received a call.

Truc is the best service advisor on the hill. I came in thinking I needed a lot of work done and it turned out I didn’t snd she made sure that I replaced a tire that had some damage to the sidewalk. She’s the best and I will always go to her for my vehicle service.

Jay was great. However, I was not pleased with Kia determining that my ten free oil change program, that was provided as an enticement to buy my car, now is stated to apply only to 3 years or 36,000 miles. The salesman and sales manager didn't mention that when they were pitching the sale. I deeply resent this bait and switch technique.I believe you should refund my $62 charge and reinstate my remaining FREE oil changes.
