Given the road conditions where I was coming from (Bainbridge Island), I am really surprised Kia put profit over customer safety. In order to avoid additional rental charges, I was forced to drive in extreme weather conditions. I was told, once I got to Kia (in Bremerton), that of 26 scheduled service appointments only one person made it in. That right there should have been enough for Kia to encourage me to stay home rather than risking the trip, but as a single mom on a tight budget, money matters and an addional rental charge would have been felt. You lost a customer yesterday, Kia, and maybe more pontential customers, as everyone who hears the story is shocked and angered as well.

The problem I have is that appointments always seem to extend beyond time frame given to do the job. Yesterday the car was in for 3 hrs for updates/ oil change, but that stretched to 4 1/2 hrs. We were treated as good as you could be treated. The problem was evidently due to software loading problems. We understood and were treated so well by Cameron. He definitely is a great ambassador for KIA. Cameron had no control, but time to perform work is a problem area that could be worked on.
